The main house was built in 1785 but the original part of the building dates back to the 1580s. It retains gracious features of the past like high ceilings and ornate cornices. There are two well appointed lounges where residents can relax, read or socialise. Guests can also enjoy quiet moments in the conservatory with views over a two-acre mature garden.
