Deerswood Lodge care home is a modern residential care home that provides accommodation, personal care and dementia care for up to 90 guests living with the frailties of old age, physical disability, memory-loss or early stage dementia. It is owned by Shaw Healthcare, a national provider and is located approximately 1.2 miles from the town centre. It consists of nine self-contained living units that are suitable for a wide range of care needs, including residential care, dementia care and respite care.

Accommodation and personal care plus 24/7 dementia care and support from trained professionals in the company of other residents without dementia.
