It enjoys tranquil surroundings and grounds of over 2 acres with views to the Isle of Wight and the Solent. The Sensory Garden stimulates all the senses with year round colour and scents. Fully accessible sheltered seating makes it an idyllic location to sit and listen to the waves of the channel. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and are spacious and furnished to a high standard. Sea view rooms are available upon request. The lounges are spacious and elegant, one adjoining a very large patio directly overlooking the sea and the formal gardens.
